Catalonia is a first-rate tourist destination, not only in Spain, but worldwide. Thus, in 2022, it represented 21.4% of foreign tourist arrivals, only behind the Balearic Islands with 24.8% of the total. Some of the most popular destinations in Catalonia are Barcelona city and the Costa Brava. Cultural activities

In Catalonia you will find endless interesting cultural activities:

• visit emblematic buildings in Barcelona (known as “ the capital of modernism”) such as La Sagrada Familia or the Palau de la Música Catalana,
• Stroll through the archaeological site of Tarraco,
• Enter the Poblet Monastery,
• Visit the churches of Valle de Boí in Lleida

All declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Museums

You also have at your disposal a long list of museums of the first order, such as the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the Dalí Theater-Museum in Figueres, or the Barça Museum itself.

Landscapes

You cannot skip visiting the spectacular beaches of the Costa Dorada, Costa Barcelona and Costa Brava. Some of its towns have become internationally famous: Salou, Sitges, Tossa de Mar, Cadaqués, Lloret de Mar or Roses. Take advantage of its multiple Nautical Stations to practice activities in the sea. And for mountain landscapes, nothing better than taking an excursion to the Catalan Pyrenees or the Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park.
